What is MegaStar Financial's Team Concept?
Our production people are separated into several origination/processing Teams. The Team Concept creates great efficiencies of scale in the processing and closing end of the transaction, and allows the loan officer more control over the entire process. Our loan specialists provide closing figures directly to the title company as well as final closing documents. It is not necessary for our Teams to be at the mercy of an autonomous closing department. In addition, funding is done via checks instead of wires, so a closing will never be held up because a wire was not received.
